HOW TO BECOME A HOSTEL 

FOR OWNERS OF HOTELS, REST HOUSES, TOURIST COMLEXES: JOIN OUR "YOUTH TOURISM & HOSTELS OF UKRAINE" CHAIN AND GET BENEFITS

Ukrainian Youth Tourist Association (further - UYTA) is non-profitable public organization, which has a primary goal to develop and support national hostel network in Ukraine, brings to your attention the project of the program under the introduction of your hotel in national hostel network and support of a tourist infrastructure in it. With the purpose of increase in volume of service of young tourists from abroad and Ukraine in common with tour operator SunCity Ltd., the Association will organize a network of hotels of an economy class in Ukraine.

The idea of the project is use a brand "hostel" known all over the world for a network of budget hotels on exclusive realization of accommodation for youth and tourists with the low incomes, the independent hotels made by group participating in the project on special conditions and incorporated by the trade mark "Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine".

Ocurrence in a network will allow to increase essentially bookings and fillability of your hotel. The world practice shows, that hotels of a level "two-three  star", wishing to raise fillability, even more often address to hostel organizations with the purpose to receive a brand "hostel". Unlike other hotel chains, "Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine" offers to hotels the most favourable conditions of the introduction into a network. Thus the hotel does not bear charges on an entrance fee and a royalty, and acquires the right to use the trade mark, guaranteeing the certain quota of places and participating in charges on marketing and advertising.

All hotels are incorporated in a network under one brand, uniform principles of functioning, the general corporate culture, by the consolidated advertising budget and exclusive rights to be advertised in mass-media in Ukraine, in hotels of a network worldwide (more than 8 thousand hostels in 97 countries), on corporate websites, in catalogues, booklets, actions of system "Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine". Participation in a network enables participations and distributions of the promotional materials to industry shows in the different countries, and also at exhibition stands of the State Tourist Administration of Ukraine. 

Experts of Association will lead inspection of your hotel, will estimate opportunities and potential of hotel and will give the recommendation on its reduction conformity with standards of World Hostel Federation and the legislation of Ukraine. Employees of Marketing Department  of tour operator SunCity Ltd. will give you recommendations on tariffing in the future hostel and wishes on development of tours and travel infrastructure in your region.

  • The conclusion of the Contract about joint activity between Company SunCity Ltd. (owner of ÒÌ "Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine") and the owner of hotel.
